Jane in a few words

This is a blog about queerness, anxiety, friendships, family and life in all its forms. It's thoughts and reflexions as much as joyful or mournful mind wanderings :)

about

hi!

Hi! I’m Jeanne (she/her), a queer writer and artist from Europe. I get inspired by many things from sweets to nature to singing (though my friends don’t really love to hear me sing). And I'm a massive oversharer. I’ve been writing since I could hold a pen, and I’ve only recently started to share my thoughts publicly. I started this process after coming out and realising how much reading stories of other people helped me in that process. My hope is that my words can help others the way other people’s words have helped me. Graphic design currently pays my bills but hopefully writing can feed my stomach one day!

Graphic design pays my bills (and is fun!) :) And for that purpose, I have a sister website called amjane.

I share way too much of my life online. But maybe you'll like it!

Drawing is how I first got into art. I like to mix in typography, since spilled ink is another passion of mine.

maybe i can help :)

I am no life expert. In fact life throws me a lot of lemons. But I'm pretty good at making lemonade, being resilient and (I've been told) giving advice. So, if you need an outsider's perspective, I'm here! On love & relationships, on family issues, on work, on anything really. I'll give you my take and maybe (hopefully) it'll help. 100% anonymous of course.

Thank you for reaching out! I will get back to you as soon as possible.
